Our home on Mary Street North in Oshawa was built in 1952, and due to personal circumstances in 2016, we made the decision to move to the Ottawa area. We interviewed 3 representatives and chose Karen for several reasons, first and foremost because she was thorough, pleasant, and we were very comfortable with all of our discussions with her. Karen understood our personal needs (we were reluctant to have an open house for example) and worked with us and our wishes which we truly appreciated. In addition, she staged our home at no charge, and the evening she did that, she gave us an “evening out” for dinner and a movie.
Also, we chose Karen because her husband Mike is a contractor and as such, was able to fix a few items in our house prior to the house going up for sale. He did several fixes, some cosmetic, some necessary and it meant we didn’t have to go and find someone to do this for us. This eliminated the stress of having to get this all fixed while trying to prepare the house for selling.
Karen is accommodating, friendly and has an incredible personality, perfect for her chosen profession.
We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone that was going to sell their home.
